The Installation & Troubleshooting service comes with 60 minutes work from our admins on your server, so if you face any difficulties to install a third-party piece of software or some program gives errors and does not work the way it should, our specialists will be able to help you in a very timely manner. If a task takes less than 60 minutes, the remaining time will be available for future tasks and you'll be able to see it within the billing area.
